It can significantly affect an individual's mental health especially among those who undergo the quarantine. People who are quarantined often feared being infected or infecting others.You just imagine, the way how people get infected is just simply through droplets generated when an infected person coughs or sneezes, or through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose. Thus, this respiratory virus pandemic is causing increased stress, anxiety and depression for all of us today. Decisions to apply quarantine seems to give the psychological impact to those who have to undergo it as quarantine is an unpleasant experience as they have to separate from loved family members, uncertainty over disease status, loneliness, which may potential to trigger a depressive episode. Poor and unhygienic conditions at certain quarantine facilities may worsen the outcome for the quarantine people. However, all over the world affecting by the current crisis due to COVID-19, and we all emotionally and psychologically affected by the virus. Therefore, it is essential to make our health a priority during this time. We have to find ways to address forms of stress, such as doing joyful activities with families at home, cooking favourite food for kids, and watching movies together with our loved ones at home. However, going for walks outside home should be avoided.
